* **Monitoring the effectiveness of IPC processes and making recommendations for improvement**
* **Co-ordinate critical and high priority incident, contribute in major incident calls and creation of RCA for such incident**
* **Driving Change Management including attending meetings**
* **Participate in CAB**
* **Delivery of RCA documentation after successful incident resolution**
* **Analyses change records to determine any trends**
* **Support effective investigations of problems between teams to ensure an end-to-end SLA**
**Primary Skills**

* **9-13 years knowledge on technical application operation for cloud and portal services**
* **SIAM & ITIL Expert**
* **Good Management and communication skills.**
* **Problem solving skills (Six Sigma )**
* **Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process.**
* **Strong knowledge on ITIL, quality process and security compliance**
