**Your work profile**

As Assistant **Manager** in our **Cyber** Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: –

We are seeking an experienced and results driven SIEM Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects, ensuring that activities are completed on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, IT Security Concepts, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance the organization’s security posture.

**Desired qualifications**

* 5-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity related projects.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Certification’s requirements: PMP, CISM, CEH or similar Certification

**Location and way of working**

* Base location: Mumbai
* Professional is required to work from office.

**Your role as a Assistant Manager**

* Develop project plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, critical path activities, risk assessment and management plans, cost/benefit analyses, staffing plans, project timelines.
* Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.
* Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT, security, compliance, and executive teams.
* Identify, document and escalate identified risks and issues through program and IT Management
* Prepare project status reports for Senior Executives
* Ensure alignment with organizational risk management policies and Identify project risks and to develop mitigation strategies.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
* Projects in scope for management will involve industry leading products and technologies in Information Security will have technical project teams, company-wide stakeholders, and project budgets.
* Liaise with the company central PMO and govern projects.
* This role has a central and key role in working with IS, Information Security, Internal Audit, Business Stakeholders, and Regulatory Bodies to ensure the company information security projects assigned are risk ‘managed for ‘regulatory compliance and in compliance to company standards and policies.
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of SIEM implementation projects, from initiation to closure.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (security, IT, and other business units) to ensure seamless execution of the SIEM project.
